OK, got it all working: Lessons Learned: 1 - Always check your SipXecs server backups, this one stopped backup up everynight at 2:00pm for some reason , not sure why. 2 - Backup the .INI file from the Mediant and keep it safe.

We typically do this for customers that need disaster recovery. If it is dropping packets, you did the right thing in getting it replaced. Did you by chance have 5.20 installed before and have a backup of your config directly from the gateway? When we would ping the PRI Gateway it would drop tha majority of packets, even when plugging in directly with a laptop using a crossover cable. Avaya shipped out a new AC Mediant 1000, we have installed the new Gateway and we restored the .INI from the SCS500 and patched to FW 5.20 We can make outbound calls, but inbound calls get "Your call can not be completed as dialed, please check the number and dial again" We called AT&T and they sent a report on the PRI Circuit indicating that the calls are being connected but that our system is dropping them. We have our (4) inbound primary lines working, but none of the other DIDs are working, they still say "The number you dialed is not a working number" Hopefully someone has seen this behavior before ================ =============== Switch Transmits Switch Receives ================ =============== Event 1 10/10/21 14:09:55 TEI 0 08 Q.931 Call Control Message Call Reference Value Orig 135 M 05 Message Type SETUP I 04 Bearer Capability Length = 3 80 Coding Standard CCITT Info Transfer Cap.
