there are essentially two files that would control this.

/usr/share/java/sipXecs/sipXivrsipxivr.jar
-rwxr-xr-x 1 sipxchange sipxchange 246284 Jan 12 06:43 sipXivr.jar

/usr/bin/sipxivr.sh
-rwxr-xr-x 1 sipxchange sipxchange 2949 Jan 12 06:43 sipxivr.sh

please confirm these are the correct files on your system.
