I prefer not to get into that sort of thing if possible but yes, that was the first option I was considering until they told me they could send to 5080. It just got interesting since it's been over a week again after having to wait over two weeks on some custom programming the first time I wanted to test IP auth. > They dont know we have 15 Sipx accounts on their network because we havent > had a need to contact support. They didn't know my setup either until this came up. I simply asked for test trunks, gave them some IP's to test from and asked if one of those could be from port 5080. The others were port 5060. > But to answer your question directly, we find them reliable and easy to > setup/work with. I am feeling good about them right now, even with the problems, especially since you and others have confirmed reliability. Theirs is the fastest call setup times I've seen so far, at least using the mediatrix so I'm happy with that. As for GUI, they have told me on more than one occasion now that they are working hard on it and it's coming. Thanks for the input.
