Configure your firewall to port forward 5060 to 5080 for their IP block.
Simple and effective for all features.

We prefer the ip auth platform with appia and this is our standard setup. But
they will follow registration and send to 5080. Just setup, no need to tell
them your platform or why you need to do it.

They dont know we have 15 Sipx accounts on their network because we havent had
a need to contact support.

But to answer your question directly, we find them reliable and easy to
setup/work with. The only issue i have as a reseller is the helpdesk portal
doesn't allow me to see multiple accounts at once. The helpdesk portal
software needs an update badly.

Correct, I need IP auth. That would work ok in some cases but IP auth would be
better.

However, my main concern initially was wanting to ask others here if the
company is reliable, worth waiting through all these problems for. I badly need
another ITSP so have been hoping they get this together.
