The quality on the device which now works is great, the call setup time is the 
fastest we've seen for ITSP's. 
I like their tech support so far and can't say anything bad about them. Just 
wondered about the problems we've had, if others were experiencing the same 
things. 

I thought folks had recommended not to port forward 5060 to 5080 though? I can 
easily do that but thought it would be much better if we didn't have to when 
installing. 

Most of what I'm looking to do with them would be IP auth instead of having 
each channel authenticating separately.
