APs problems

Hi ,, I have this problem with my Aps

The costumers simply disconnect from the AP, lets say I have 11 clients
connected on one AP. When I look on assosiated window there are only 7 on
the AP, but only when I reset the AP then I get 11 clients back. This
problem is randomly on the system and I cant say that I can trust Smart
Bridge products because of many software problems, looking into new AP
solutions, not Smart Bridges.. :(

Have tryed new firmware no result for this problem,,,
