I do have a few clients that must unplug/replug their unit to get it to pass
traffic every so often.

I dont see this on my MRTG graphs, because the units are responding on the
wireless side.

I am okay with things as is....for the moment.

I think the clients that are having troubles are still a few of the old (bad
hardware batch) June units with firmware upgrade.

Now that is good to hear because I plan to do this also. I think the
biggest thing here is making the product stable.

Huh????

I am sure that there are folks out there with more than this...but I have
60+ clients funneling through a single aPPo.

My backend is a single T-1 and everyone is unthrottled.

I pull about 40 Gig per month through the aPPo.

I plan on putting another 30 or so on this aPPo.

All my clietns are exaclty the same firmware etc.

In my personal opinion is that the SB stuff just cant handle the amoutn of
clients and traffic I am passing plain and simple. I need to find something
that is going to handle the capacity and it is most likely going to be in
another manufacturer and or freq.. I dont have time trouble shoot on a daily

basis. I have become a real bitch lately and my family and friends and
workes
have all noticed it. This happens when things just dont go right.
