That would be true. You would have to build your own reset switch to add
inline after the POE. I still cant remember if you short pin 4 to ground or
apply a voltage. Can anyone confirm this?

I haven't verified this myself (I'm on the road planning new AP sites), a 
co-worker of mine said that you can't reset the radio thru the Motorola 
surge suppressor.
