Motorola 3000 Surge protector.

Is this the same as what Canopy uses?

If so, then yes it works. I've got a bunch out in the field and no problems except for some that were bad from the factory.

This pinout is interesting. Has anyone else used the Motorola 3000 Surge
protector with smartBridges? The two devices seem to be compatible, but when
I use a CAT5 tester on the cable running through the Motorola surge
protector, it indicates that pins 4-5 are shorted together and the 7-8 pins
are shorted together.
