Hi. Slightly off mac topics - sorry - but, since I have had broadband  
and a BT home hub to connect my iMac and macbook to the net, my  
answerphone doesn't work. The outgoing message is fine - but any  
messages left are just a mass of hiss and noise - can't make out the  
message at all. I've tried using both phone sockets - after the  
filter thing, of course - but it means the answerphone is useless.

Has anyone else experienced this? Any work rounds? BT insist that the  
line is fine and the filters are working ....?!
