I have seen several postings on ECSS that I did not care about
since I had no idea about what ECSS might stand for. Now you
say it is an AM detector in an SDR which triggers my interest:-)

Particularly in combination with this part!

Did you try Linrad? Maybe it will do what you want. It does have
a synchronous detector for AM as well as a conventional one and
the screen can be resized. It has most of the features of Winrad
and many that you do not find in Winrad.

Linrad.exe, the executable plus the two text files for help and
error messages can be downloaded here:
http://www.sm5bsz.com/linuxdsp/linrad.htm

You can also download the source code and the compilers
and then produce linrad.exe under microsoft Windows with
two commands: "configure" followed by "make".

Linrad is more general than Winrad. It will allow the user
to set it up in odd ways that could be confusing for the newcomer.
I suggest that you start without the second fft and without AFC
to get something that is reasonably similar to Winrad. (But
without the noise blanker, it comes with the second fft)
