But keep i mind that rigging can easily overlap with final texturing,
cutting down couple days.

But client is bigger problem than any tech scheduling really. That is
variable x that can easily double even triple time planned.
Anyways if it is mostly basic facial than that is something facerobot can
easily handle speeding up both right and animation a bit.
Would say approx 10-15 working days for final model, texturing and shading.
Rigging depends on what he needs to do and animation also on script so
without those details everything is just throwing random numbers.
Couple months is time when you start from scratch and going through
everything form basic concept art to final look dev and getting approval
from client on everything.
But if look is already defined with all details pure "grunt" work is a bit
faster.
