This dll  Obq_Shaders__Core__v304.dll goes to:
Z:\Softimage 
Workgroup\TestWorkgroup\Addons\SItoA\Application\Plugins\bin\nt-x86-64

and the spdl files goes to: Z:\Softimage
Workgroup\TestWorkgroup\Addons\SItoA\Application\spdl
