Thanks Alan, This will help.

I take this to mean the registers from the 570 [#17] are in the 6 
locations following the 16 preset freqs.  I think I have located some 
of the confusion.  This would make the last group #16 at 002160 to 
002165 and the SI570 startup at 002166 to 00216B, but I do not think 
the PIC sees it the same way.

Just received the Kits and thought I would look at the PIC locations 
first.  I have not built the hardware up as yet [Tony seems to be 
having problems, so I wanted to see what I had before & after].

I will make a spreadsheet with my interpretation and post [may take 
several days as several active projects].

The spreadsheet may also help identify the locations to change for 
the non FCC controled Europeans as well.

If any one has the band plans for other countries [post a link] I 
could make a separate Excel-VBA sheet with those frequencies similiar 
to the one you use that is posted in the files area in my zip file:
