Yes, 1111 is at hex 60.
There has been a list of frequencies and offsets for 2.4 and 2.5 for a while in 
the XTALL daughter board folder called XTALL frequency lists.xls
 
You do have to work a little to get the 2.4 offsets, however.

Is there a place to change the I2C address ?

I will still make a spreadsheet for the memory map for v2.4 so each 
location is clear. Could make one for v2.4+ too if it is just a shift 
of 6 places.
