smiled.

"I want to speak to all unit commanderrrs as they come in frrrom theirrr 
field missions," she said with a tone that said this was not a request.  
"Until then, I'd like to do some worrrk in my quarrrterrs - administrrrative 
worrrk is neverrr done, is it Commanderrr?" she asked somewhat amiably, but 
with a slight edge.
