She noticed that there were subtle clues that the missions were
being tracked and analyzed by the Cardassians. Even more was that those
clues were being over looked, but she could not say if it was purposefully
or because they just did not know any better. SHe also found that reports
and suggestions from team leaders were not being heeded. She found that
teams were being sent in, repeatedly, to sites with limited missions.
Sent in so many times that one would have to be an idiot not to notice and
take countermeasures. Such was the case for the alst mission that Russco
led.
