By the end of the day, Kitanya wished she was back working in the Klingon
fleet. Then she could just kill Brell and his toadies for incompetance and
assign whoever she liked. Sometimes Starfleet was just too civilized.
Her next step was to look through the personnel files and see if there was
anyone on this base that *was* qualified to command, because Brell was not
going to be in command when she left that base.

Once she had a name, someone she could feel comfortable would not get every
field operative killed, she went fishing in Brell's file. She hoped he was
just incompetant, but if he was dirty, she absolutely needed to know.
