Looks can be deceiving.  Aurelius would not have sent her there if 
everything was running like a well-oiled machine.  She wondered about her 
old Cardassian friend, wondered if he was still alive or not.  So many 
people she knew, both old friends and old enemies, were gone now. There were 
new friends, and one very old one, but few friends of any kind in her life.  
She wondered if that was her fault; she wasn't exactly social after M'Rrell 
disappeared.  But still, she felt lonely, and the vastness of space all 
around her didn't help.

After some sleep and a bite to eat, she decided to stop thinking about her 
personal problems by resorting to work.  She started running down the base 
she was going to, looking at the command staff and the mission logs.
