"Do you know a good place?" she asked.  No one other than her neighbor
Piotr had ever asked her to dine with them, other than working dinners.

Caimlyn paused for a moment.  He had not thought that far ahead.  "Well,
not one in particular, but the station is referred to as the gateway to
the stars, it must have some nice places to eat."

"We will find someplace good," she said, giving her best approximation of
a reassuring smile.  She hoped it wasn't frightening.  She wasn't good at
smiles.  Perhaps she would practice in the mirror that evening.
"Perhaps, if you have some free time, you can come to my home in St.
Petersburg.  We can sip vodka in the garden."  She needed to get a nice
gift for Piotr, who had, she hoped, been taking care of that garden all
this time.

"That would be nice," he replied.  "I have never visited that part of Earth before," Caimlyn continued.  He was starting to feel more at ease, now that the most difficult part was over.  He had asked, and she had said yes.
