Caimlyn listend as Katya spoke. "It sounds like awonderful
place to call home. Where did you grow up?" "We lived in St. Petersburg until I was ten, then we moved to a colony world, Hypaxus IV." The name of the colony was not well known, but for those who had heard of it, it was known for the brutal regime of Janon Kulyakin, who was really only a puppet for his prime minister, Garstanin. The Federation only learned about what was going on when a small ship of refugees managed to escape. Starfleet had found "re-education" camps and mass graves when they arrived. Katya, however, moved on without skipping a beat. "St. Petersburg has always been my home. Jewel of Russia, pride of the Motherland." Caimlyn had never considered that a human could experience horrors similar to those his own people had, particularly one who had grown up in the environs of the Federation. He felt bad that he had made her bring up those sad memories. "It sounds like St. Petersburg is a beautiful place." (Katya?)]
