(ooc: o beneficent one, bedru was actually interested in knowing when the survey
team would reach dultar.  should i have her rephrase the question or would you
rather rewrite?)

{OOC: The question was answered in the post.  It is not known when the survey team 
will reach Dultar.  He does not know because he has not been able to communicate with 
the Federation representative on the Council to get that information.  My time line 
note was to illustrate that when this meeting is happening, the Council had not yet 
returned to Spacedock.  The meeting that we are currently in happens the day after the 
explosion on SPD.  The Ambassadors on the Council will arrive the following day- aka 
two days after the explosion.  On another note, the Council has not yet set a date to 
begin the survey.  They will need to collect their own specialists, which will meet at 
Spacedock and travel together to Dultar.  Hope this helps.  CS}
