Jackson took notes while he read over the documents.  He was definitely 
going to have to speak with Van Der Loo and Stark, but he was going to want 
to talk with Captain Boulay first.  In order to do that, he was going to 
have to have a conversation with Counselor Kirk to see if she could provide 
any insight into Boulay's stability.

He opened a comm line on his console.  It was to Primary Sickbay on 
Spacedock, which was where Kirk was stationed.

After being redirected to her office by the receptionist, he awaited a 
response.

Joanna was sitting at her desk when the message came in that someone wanted 
to talk with her.  She checked to see who it was and did not recognized the 
name.  "This is Joanna Kirk.  How can I help you, Admiral?"
