I have had similar problems, even with relatively low volume. The only
explanation I've seen on this list related to the machine possibly being
too busy. I now have a new quick server that's definitely not too
busy. A small number just seem to get by SA. Any help appreciated here
too! Also 2.63 and Postfix/Procmail and FC1 - John
