Running Redhat 9.0, Mailscanner, SA 2.63 SA called directly from Mailscanner, no procmail, no spamd.
but I still see couple of mail each day like this (without that header):
Some things to try:
1. spamassassin --lint (to verify rules used are ok) 2. running same message through manually 3. using the -D (debug) option when calling spamassassin
Hopefully one of those will yield a clue.
