Do those emails have habeas info in the headers?  I found some emails not
being scanned in SA 2.63 when habeas headers are included.

Who ever put habeas support in SA is nuts to begin with.  What easier thing
to spoof exists?  And how can habeas sue someone they can't find... we are
clearly seeing they can't.
