Bob,
        I understand this well.  The problem is they just are not being
scanned at all.  I am at a loss to figure out why these particular ones are
tricking SA but they seem to be doing it.  And the only like portions I have
found are the habeas tags.

That being said, I have begun testing SA 3.0 cvs on this particular email
account that was seeing those results and in roughly 24hr period no such
error has occurred.  Where on 2.63 I was seeing them at least 3 or 4 ad day.
