There are no headers indicating scoring, that's the problem. SpamAssassin never returns or logs any scoring, and spamc returns the message unchanged. I've seen the same message pass through unchanged and later on getter tagged without any changes in settings.

At first I thought it was timing out, but I've raised the time required to scan even higher and the message still got scanned and tagged properly.
