Though I didn't get as many responses to my posts for whatever reason. Are you using Debian by chance? I got rid of the blacklist rule. If you go to http://www.stearns.org/sa-blacklist you can find a version of the file that works with your MTA to reject the messages at the SMTP level instead of wasting cpu/memory with spamassassin.
