There seems to me to be a significant difference between "businesses
getting together to decide not to send beneficial transactions to Company
A" and "businesses getting together and deciding not to let Company A use
their resources for Company A's financial benefit without permission or
payment".  

But that could just be my somewhat skewed viewpoint.
