It would be most helpful if you could create a problem report
(Advanced > Create report) and send it to [email protected]
along with a description of exactly what happened, including the names
of affected contacts and specifically what happened to them.

In the mean time, Spanning Sync makes a backup of your data on
install. If you need to restore it to pre-install state, it's in ~/
Library/Application Support/Spanning Sync.
