I'm trying to build ReAdW under winxp. After no success with Visual Studio 2010 Professional, I am using Visual Studio 2005 Professional.
I checked out tags/release_4-4-0/trans_proteomic_pipeline, and tried to build the ReAdW project under the Debug configuration. Everything went well until tpplib, where it could not find fann.h: 6>C:\sashimi\trans_proteomic_pipeline\src\Parsers/Algorithm2XML/ RTCalculator.h(29) : fatal error C1083: Cannot open include file: 'fann.h': No such file or directory Any ideas?
