Hi everyone, Its been a while, I'm interested in analyzing some Itraq data. Has anyone successfully loaded it into labkey server? I will likely have 8 channels and it appears Libra may only support four channel reads. Does anyone know if Libra will support 8 channels? As an alternative to Itraq I was also considering Max Quant for Itraq analysis but it would require us to purchase a mascot license. From what I can tell you can not run data from other search engines into Max Quant. Does anyone have any recommendations on what software is best for Itraq data? Any suggestions folks have is appreciated. Thanks -Rich
