Hi there, I'm using ComputeCanada's TPP resource to run some of my data. I have run TPP on my desktop, but processing times have been an issues, so I decided to try ComputeCanadas TPP web interface version via WestGrids Bugaboo server. I've managed to upload my files, but when I start trying the mzML conversion of RAW files I get the following error:
Error Found!NOCMDFILE: Cannot open /var/www/SSL/tpp/tmp/cmd_QF85GD8C7 for writing: No such file or directory Does anybody know what this means and how to continue from here??? If anybody has used this cluster before, can you send me your contact info?? I guess I need some tips to start moving on from this spot. Thanks!
