Hi guys,
Thanks for setting up and using our tools.

This error message is generated by the GUI (Petunia); it is looking for the
user session file, but cannot find it. Perhaps this /tmp location is set
to purge contents after a specified time? To test this hypothesis, try
logging out and back in again, then run your search. (You may need to hit
'refresh' to get the login prompt.) A configuration change might have to
be done to correct this.

Hope this helps,
--Luis
