Hi guys, Thanks for setting up and using our tools. This error message is generated by the GUI (Petunia); it is looking for the user session file, but cannot find it. Perhaps this /tmp location is set to purge contents after a specified time? To test this hypothesis, try logging out and back in again, then run your search. (You may need to hit 'refresh' to get the login prompt.) A configuration change might have to be done to correct this.
Hope this helps, --Luis On Tue, Feb 19, 2013 at 12:29 PM, Alex <[email protected]> wrote: > Thanks Phillipp, > > I tried a db search with an mzML file but I get the same error: > Error Found!NOCMDFILE: Cannot open /var/www/SSL/tpp/tmp/cmd_QF85GD8C7 for > writing: No such file or directory > > I'm not an expert with linux and I'm just using this cluster, so I guess I > will have to contact the guys at WestGrid.
