Thanks Phillipp, I tried a db search with an mzML file but I get the same error: Error Found!NOCMDFILE: Cannot open /var/www/SSL/tpp/tmp/cmd_QF85GD8C7 for writing: No such file or directory
I'm not an expert with linux and I'm just using this cluster, so I guess I will have to contact the guys at WestGrid.
