I did a couple of them about 15 years ago. As I remember (always suspect) the criteria was .16/1500 with 250 hose. Essentially all you need to do to refresh the solution is drain the system and refill. With MIC now running rampant, this may be an invitation to a different problem though. Galvanized is a no no with most AFFF solutions.
