When I speak of a "Corridor" I don't usually think of the central court yard, but more of the "Exit passageways" usually without store fronts and from 10 to 20 feet wide depending upon load capacity. The central Atrium may even have a higher density than OHII depending upon what they ALLOW it to be used for and the height. A 120' atrium is not going to have very effective fire sprinklers if the only place they are located is at the roof, so the fire load should be reduced appropriately. Again the insurer, AHJ and developer will set the standard by the load/use they allow in the space.
