So long as the water can sheet down the glass from point of contact at the top, to the bottom of each panel, you can do it. As Thom said, refer to the data sheet for placement requirements; if the panels are less than 6' wide, you will likely have to baffle or separate the spirnklers in some manner so they don't cold-solder.
