We were an active participant in the program and did about a million dollars of 
them during that time. One of the facilities a couple of miles from our Rapid 
City office that would NOT process the paperwork to get the work done is a 
Walgreens. To my knowledge still not done. I think the vast majority of the 
heads still out there are because the owner didn't follow through and do the 
paperwork.

Interesting since NFPA 25 does not require the inspector to identify recalled 
products.  It's the responsibility of the owner.  As such, either the 
requirement to look for them was in the contract or Walgreens was a big 
customer for this guy so they "voluntarily" bit the bullet.
