This is not the first or last time that we will see this.  Had a recent case 
where there was a drop ceiling beneath a gyp ceiling.  The space above the gyp 
ceiling had to be protected as accessible because there was a 2x2 metal door 
that could be accessed with a ladder AFTER removing some framing for the drop 
ceiling.



Mr Denhardt - will we be seeing a PI on this for 2019?
