The twice starup error comes from within LMS, it can only claim a poort once. The second time will give a error. So or there is a command, not working proper like SUDO/RENICE or one from busybox. Or there is already something running which is using 9001. Another thing to try is, in the .QLMS.config file set the httpport to 9050. An then restart the QNap. If its start without error you should get the webgui ad (QNap ip):9050.
And please while testing, disable any optware, and check of there is nothing on /opt. If so do rm /opt. Some where there is what is causing this error. Keep in mind poort 9001 can only be used once, and when reading you're logs that the error. So or QLogitechMediaServer is starting twice, could be if there is a trouble with sudo or renice .
