Shankar, I just built a clean install with Win2003 running Wamp Server.
The other configurations worked fine, but I'm still receiving a message with DOTNET_BS -> PHP_OPSSEC. In .NET the message is a Fault Exception. In PHP the message says Error in the Internal configuration. Below is the TCPMON Trace.
