Yes, and aren't we the only city to have an ethanol plant in a dense neighborhood and a human waste burner in an urban core area as well? I wonder why we are so willing to compromise quality of life this way. Most major cities have gotten away from locating biomass processing in neighborhoods as well because of the legal battles. But when the neighborhood contains little capital that possibility is lessened.
