I am is happy as anyone to see GSE close and I hope that we will see a
residential reuse of the property, but hostile attacks on elected officials who have
generally been supportive of our plight and whose assistance we are going to
need to gain control of the site isn't going to help much.
I would have to say that Kathy Lantry has been one of the only council people to directly respond to questions I had, but were not being answered by my council member, in regard to GSE. She went above and beyond what ANYONE else on the council ever did in helping as much as she could and was allowed to do.
I have nothing but respect and admiration for council member Lantry and the stance she took about GSE, and other issues as well. Because she is the only one of them to actually respond directly, unlike Coleman who used his mouthpiece John Lesch (nothing against John he was doing what he was asked to do, and frankly I don't think he liked trying to defend GSE) to defend Chris's positions on GSE.
