Hi Warren, I send attached the image of a sundial for your wall. The style is perpendicular to the wall and the date lines are concentric circles as in the horizontal azimuthal dial. As you want the style perpendicular to the wall the sundial cannot be azimuthal. With vertical plane the only azimuthal s. that I know is the one with the style vertical parallel to the wall. The date line can be choosen in different ways : the simplest is to draw horizonthal straight lines
