I have implemented the workaround for bug 6799655 described in the
link below.
This solved the 26D problem and keyboard/mouse problem.
I can now login to a sun ray session on the server with Nevada build 110.
The next problem I encounter is that, after leaving the session open for
a while, the Sun Ray session starts to cycle between "blue screen 26D",
11 D and Grey X screen with X cursor. Than back to "blue screen 26 D",
etc, repeating this continuously.
I can solve this by an utrestart -c.
Any suggestions on how to prevent the cycling?

On Solaris Nevada 97 the Sun Ray downloads the firmware, reconnects,
shows a login screen and I can then type username and password to login.
On Solaris Nevada 109 the Sun Ray downloads the firmware, reconnects,
shows a login screen but mouse clicks and keyboard clicks are not
working at all. Mouse moves are working since they are local. So I am
unable to login.
On Solaris Nevada 110 the Sun Ray downloads the firmware, reconnects
but stops with a 26D error. No login screen.
I was hoping the following bug was resolved in Nevada build 110:
