Hello,
I noticed the following errors in /var/opt/SUNWut/log/messages:
Mar 30 01:03:01 softtone hdloginGUI: [ID 634092 user.notice] Error
opening catalog hdloginGUI
Mar 30 01:03:01 softtone hdloginGUI: [ID 693915 user.notice] Error
opening PAM message catalog: [libpam]
Mar 30 01:03:01 softtone last message repeated 1 time
Mar 30 01:03:01 softtone hdloginGUI: [ID 693915 user.notice] Error
opening PAM message catalog: [pam_unix]
Mar 30 01:03:01 softtone last message repeated 1 time
Mar 30 01:03:01 softtone hdloginGUI: [ID 693915 user.notice] Error
opening PAM message catalog: [pam_smartcard]
This is, I belief, related to the new security feature which can be
turned off with utpolicy -D.
Or with the admin_gui -> Advanced -> System policy -> switch on "direct
session access allowed"
Sun Rays seem to work now as they should.
However I am still interested in a solution in which I can have "direct
session access allowed" switched off.
Any suggestions would be welcome.
I found some other information on:
http://wiki.sun-rays.org/index.php/SRSS_4.1_on_OpenSolaris_2008.11
Can anyone tell me more about:
Fix a bug in /opt/SUNWut/lib/utdtsession (6803899)
* Edit the file and replace "awk" with "nawk". It only occurs in
one place, on line 493.
Would this be relevant in my situation or is this only needed for
opensolaris?
I could not find the bug description.
Kind regards,
Ivar

Hello,
I have implemented the workaround for bug 6799655 described in the
link below.
This solved the 26D problem and keyboard/mouse problem.
I can now login to a sun ray session on the server with Nevada build 110.
The next problem I encounter is that, after leaving the session open
for a while, the Sun Ray session starts to cycle between "blue screen
26D", 11 D and Grey X screen with X cursor. Than back to "blue screen
26 D", etc, repeating this continuously.
I can solve this by an utrestart -c.
Any suggestions on how to prevent the cycling?

Hello,
I have installed SSRS 4.1 with patch 139549-01 on 3 different
versions of Solaris Nevada with 3 different results.
Can anyone please explain?
On Solaris Nevada 97 the Sun Ray downloads the firmware, reconnects,
shows a login screen and I can then type username and password to login.
On Solaris Nevada 109 the Sun Ray downloads the firmware, reconnects,
shows a login screen but mouse clicks and keyboard clicks are not
working at all. Mouse moves are working since they are local. So I am
unable to login.
On Solaris Nevada 110 the Sun Ray downloads the firmware, reconnects
but stops with a 26D error. No login screen.
I was hoping the following bug was resolved in Nevada build 110:
