Change:
$LOGIN_GUI_PROG -l "$LOGIN_TYPE" "$@" &
to
LC_ALL=C $LOGIN_GUI_PROG -l "$LOGIN_TYPE" "$@" &
in /etc/opt/SUNWut/loginGUI.start file.
