With the distro YDL 2.1 (kernel 2.2.19 i used on install process) i
boot into macos, then sonnet G3/L2 is activated.
I open the bootx app then click the linux button.
It's special i assume but it works. 800 bogomips u can read at the
beginning indicates that u have a 750 processor. When you are on kde
desktop go to system utilities it gives u info for processor whose 750
is but 200Mhz???
De activate the sleep mode and the screensaver. it made my system
frozen... I don't know if it's due to the kernel or the screensaver. or
my installation. I made a devlpt installation w/ error messages.
I wanted to have mol to boot into macos. it's not conventionnal but mol
doesn't normally work with a 6xx processor just w/ 7xx processor.
perhaps once I 'll update this system.
I tried to install netbsd and linux because it's possible and it's more
robust. But it failed.
OF troubles....I have just one machine for tests so i cannot test all i
want .
